Her Storie Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Her Storie, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. While we take great care to deliver high-quality products, we understand that sometimes you may need a different size or encounter issues with your order. We only offer exchanges for size adjustments and do not sell intimate wear. Additionally, we do not provide store credits. We are not entertaining any Refunds on the website.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size on all eligible products. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with tags intact. Exchanges are limited to one per order. 

Exchange Process
Email us at support@herstorie.in
Enter your order number and registered email or contact details.
Select the product you wish to exchange, specify the reason, and upload images if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Your request will be reviewed within 24-48 hours.
Once approved, our courier partner will collect the item within 1-3 working days.

All the approved exchanged and replacement will be completed and delivered within 15 working days

Returns (Damaged Items Only):
We only offer exchanges in the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective.

We accept 3 days return from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

* You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
* Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging.
* The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for an exchange of the damaged item with the same product or a suitable replacement if unavailable.

Important Notes
Return items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
Only the item associated with the exchange request should be handed over.
